You may want the flexibility offered by booking individual lessons, small blocks of lessons or courses.

Before you sign up for lessons, I offer a free Home Visit service which gives you the chance to meet me, discuss your driving needs, and get the paperwork out of the way before your first lesson.

This service is also available for all of the courses I offer - to give you more control over selecting the right driving instructor for you, as it's important that you feel at ease with your instructor.

Although not essential, all of the lessons shown below are best accompanied by the LDC Driving Skills DVDs and Workbook, which are part of The LDC System and have been specially developed to help reduce the number of lessons required when learning to drive. You study the theory at home before practicing the new topic. However, unlike the Courses on offer, the LDC Driving Skills DVD and Workbook are not included within the lesson prices, and you'll need to purchase them separately if you want them - please contact me for more information and prices.

Unlike some driving instructors and schools, I give you the full 60 minutes of tuition. All of my lessons and courses are done on a 1 instructor to 1 pupil basis unless otherwise arranged.

As many of my pupils are in full time education, I also offer up to a 10% student discount on the lesson prices displayed below (subject to valid proof of student status being supplied at the time of booking - see FAQ's), to help you make the cost of learning to drive more affordable.

1 Hour Lesson

1 Hour Lesson is exactly what it says it is...60 minutes of in car tuition!

This is the shortest lesson type available, as anything less than an hour won't give you enough time to make any real progress, and would be wasting your hard earned cash.

It does however make an ideal lesson duration if you're just starting out, or looking to try another instructor, without being tied into further lessons!

For many people who have the opportunity to practice outside of formal lessons, a course of 1 hour lessons can introduce you to the necessary elements of driving, whilst you practice what you've learnt with your family/friends before your next formal lesson.

2 Hour Lesson

Not to state the obvious, but my 2 Hour Lessons are double the length of my 1 Hour Lessons, but cheaper!

In a nutshell, these lessons are identical to the 1 Hour Lessons mentioned above, with the exception that you get 120 minutes of in car tuition.

These are my preferred lessons, as the additional time it gives you over the 1 Hour Lesson allows you to master new topics, practice what you've just learnt, and build your confidence up. I also find that my pupils' concentration tends to deteriorate sharply after two hours.

Block Booking: 10 Lessons

This block booking option is available for those who want to book 10 hours of lessons in advance, and receive a discount over normal lesson prices as a result.

The 10 Lesson option gives you 10 hours of in car tuition, which can be taken either in several smaller blocks (with the minimum lesson duration being 1 hour), or in larger bocks to fit around your schedule.
